Raise on what you will earn.
Sell a capped share of your future income, without forming a company. You keep everything below your threshold, and nobody can tell you what to work on.
- 0%Fees for issuers. Backers pay 1% on winning bids and 5% of payouts.
- 2.0–3.0×Payout cap you choose. Each unit stops paying there.
- 12Monthly treasury releases as standard, with no approval needed.
- 2Chains, Solana and Monad, in one Arena.
Model your raise
Runs on this device. Nothing you type is sent anywhere. An illustration of the formula, not a forecast or an offer.
A higher share raises more per unit and costs you more each year above the threshold.
You owe nothing on income below this. It cannot go under your local floor, and it rises with inflation.
Each unit stops paying once it has paid this multiple of its price.
More units at the same share means a lower price per unit.

AUTONOMY CHARTER · YOU SIGN, THEY CANNOT OVERRIDE
- Capital releases on a fixed schedule, with no approval needed.
- Holders see payments and status. Never income, health, location or plans.
- No work obligation, no non-compete, no minimum effort.
- Holders never decide career moves, employers, projects or where you live.
- You can stop new issuance at any time.
- Death or permanent disability extinguishes all claims.
WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO
- You pay your share rate on income above your threshold, each year.
- Payments stop once each unit has paid its cap, or when you buy it back after the lockup.
- You report income every quarter, then have 15 days of grace.
- In hardship you can request a pause. Holders see "Paused", never the reason.
- On death or permanent disability, every claim ends.
Questions issuers ask
What if I earn less than my threshold?
Then nothing is due that year. It is a normal outcome, shown to backers as "Nothing due" with no reason attached.
What if I cannot pay on time?
Each report has 15 days of grace. In hardship you can request a pause, reviewed by independent accountants. Holders only see the status.
Can backers tell me what to do?
No. The Autonomy Charter rules out work obligations, non-competes and any say over your career, employer, projects or where you live.
Which chain should I pick?
Solana or Monad. Each series lives on one chain, and both appear in the same Arena. Your backers need a wallet for that chain.
Can I end it early?
After the lockup, 18 months as standard, you can buy units back at the formula price. You can also stop new issuance at any time.
The first cohort is invite-only.
