Contact forms and testnet preview
Last updated 12 October 2026. This notice describes the current contact forms and testnet preview. Broader launch terms remain under legal review. Humanathon is an announcement for early 2027; dates and participation terms are not final.
When you submit a waitlist, issuer invite, backer interest, Humanathon notification or partner enquiry form, Merces receives the fields shown on that form. We use them to record and respond to your request. Humanathon forms also record your consent version and time. Do not include income records, identity documents, wallet recovery phrases or other sensitive information in these forms.
The website runs on Vercel. Form data is sent to the Merces backend on Railway and encrypted before storage in Postgres. Entries and queued receipts are retained for 30 days, then removed. Keyed hashes support duplicate detection, rate limits and suppression of further email; suppression hashes can remain after the entry is deleted.
Resend receives your email address and a generic receipt message. Open and click tracking are disabled. The receipt confirms that we received your request; it does not promise approval, an allocation, event entry or a partner deck. We do not add form submissions to unrelated mailing lists. Hosting and email providers process operational data under their own service policies and may process it in other countries.
To correct or delete a request, or stop further contact, email ohayo@merces.fi. We may ask you to verify control of the submitting address before making changes. A deletion request removes the entry and its queued receipt and retains a suppression hash to prevent further sending.
The preview has no analytics or session replay. Operational errors exclude submitted form bodies and email addresses. The app uses necessary session and access cookies; theme and dismissal preferences stay in browser storage until cleared.
Solana devnet and Monad testnet transactions, wallet addresses and public protocol records can be visible on their respective explorers and cannot be deleted by Merces. Test income connections and test signatures are labeled synthetic; they do not verify real income or create a legally executed agreement. Do not submit real income documents during this preview.
